CD4049UBE

The CD4049UBE is a CMOS hex inverting buffer/converter in 16 pin DIP package. It features logic level conversion using single supply voltage (VCC). The input high level signal (VIH) can exceed VCC supply voltage when this device is used for logic level conversions. The CD4049UBE is intended for use as CMOS to DTL/TTL converters and can drive directly two DTL/TTL loads. Typical application includes CMOS to DTL/TTL hex converter, CMOS current sink or source driver and CMOS high to low logic level converter.

• High sink current for driving two TTL loads
• High to low level logic conversion
• 100% tested for quiescent current at 20V
• Maximum input current of 1μA at 18V (full package temperature range) and 100nA at 18V (25°C)
• 5V, 10V and 15V parametric ratings
• Supply voltage range from 3V to 18V
• Operating temperature range -55°C to 125°C
