LTC7803: 40 V, Low IQ Synchronous Step-Down Controllers
The single output LTC7803, dual output LTC7805, and triple output LTC7819 showcase the latest technology in switching regulator step-down DC/DC controllers. All products feature up to 3 MHz operating switching frequency and very low IQ, along with PassThru/100% duty cycle capability and spread spectrum frequency modulation.
AD4630-24: 24-Bit, 2 MSPS, Dual Channel SAR ADC
The AD4630-24 is a two-channel, simultaneous sampling, Easy Drive, 2 MSPS successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). With a guaranteed maximum ±0.9 ppm INL and no missing codes at 24 bits, the AD4630-24 achieves unparalleled precision from −40°C to +125°C.
HMC1126: GaAs, pHEMT, Low Noise Amplifier, 400 MHz to 52 GHz
The HMC1126ACEZ is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), distributed power amplifier that operates from 0.4 GHz to 52 GHz. The HMC1126ACEZ amplifier inputs/outputs are internally matched to 50Ω facilitating integration into multichip modules (MCMs).
ADN4680E: 250 Mbps, Half Duplex, Quad M-LVDS Transceivers
Providing four M-LVDS (multipoint low voltage differential signaling) transceivers (driver and receiver pairs) at 250 Mbps in a tiny 7 mm × 7 mm LFCSP footprint, the ADN4680E allows for operation at an extended industrial temp of 105°C with low dynamic power consumption. The low latency, skew, and jitter performance, along with system-level ESD protection and hot swap, enable robust and flexible backplane and cable multipoint data transmission systems, all with ADI’s trusted safety and data integrity.
ADIN2111: Low Complexity, 2-Port Ethernet Switch with Integrated 10BASE-T1L PHYs
ADIN2111 adds Ethernet connectivity to every node in a building using long reach 10BASE-T1L technology, harmonizing the building network with Ethernet to simplify network management. ADIN2111 supports low power edge node designs and interfaces to a wide variety of host controllers via SPI. Coming complete with a suite of diagnostic features it enables real time fault detection and fault location identification with 2% accuracy over 1 km of cables, reducing system downtime and commissioning time.
ADMV8818: Digitally Tunable Filter 2 to 18 GHz
ADMV8818 is an ultra flexible filter that can be configured as a tunable high-pass, low-pass, band-pass, bypass, or all-reject filter through simple SPI communication. Its low-power consumption, compact formfactor, and flexible tunability simplifies and streamlines system design.
LT8618/LT8618.3: High Efficiency 65V/100mA Synchronous Buck
The LT®8618 family are compact, high speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulators that deliver up to 100mA to the output with high efficiency at a constant frequency, even up to 2.2MHz. They accept a wide input voltage range up to 65V (transients only, 60V for continuous operation), and consume only 2.5µA of quiescent current when operating in Burst Mode. Top and bottom power switches are included with all necessary circuitry to minimize the need for external components.
