The PiCapture SD1 is a video capture solution that enables all the video processing capability of the Raspberry Pi GPU. It captures standard-definition interlaced video in the CVBS standard (NTSC/PAL) from Composite, S-Video, and YPbPr Component sources as 640×480 video.
- Compatible with Raspberry Pi A+, B+, 2 and 3
- HAT form factor for easy Raspberry Pi integration
- Uses the Raspberry Pi CSI-2 interface
- Enables applications requiring large Raspberry Pi resources such as real-time image processing
- Eliminates the need for USB capture devices
- Inputs: 3x RCA/ phono and 1x Mini-DIN S-Video
- Interfaces: 40-pin GPIO and CSI-2 MIPI connectors
- Pass-through connection for the I/O headers so additional devices may be attached
- Features LED status indicators
- Runs on PiVideo control software to manage the processor
