CTB9500/2

The CTB9500/2 is a 2-way pluggable PCB terminal block ideal for secure wire-to-board connectivity in control, signal, and low-voltage power applications. Featuring a wide 7.5 mm pitch and robust rising-clamp termination, it accommodates wire sizes from 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm² (30–12 AWG), ensuring firm retention of both solid and stranded conductors. Rated for up to 20 A at 500 V (UL rated for 12 A at 300 V), it delivers exceptional electrical performance, with a dielectric strength of ≥ 3 kV and impulse withstand capability up to 6 kV. The flame-retardant PA66 housing (UL94‑V0) provides durability in demanding environments. Copper-alloy contacts are plated with nickel and tin, and connections are secured using M3 zinc-plated steel screws torqued to approximately 0.5 Nm. Anti-solder wicking protection, guided pin alignment, and captive screws further enhance reliability and ease of assembly. Through-hole mounting is supported with recommended PCB hole sizes of ~Ø 1.4 mm.
