MAX406BESA+

The MAX406BESA+ is a single 1.2µA max, operational amplifier (op-amp) in 8 pin NSOIC package. This low voltage, micropower, precision op-amp is designed for battery-operated systems. The single supply device features a supply current of less than 1.2µA per amplifier that is relatively constant over the entire supply range which represents a 15 to 20 times improvement over industry standard micropower op-amp. A unique output stage enables this op-amp to operate at ultra-low supply current while maintaining linearity under loaded conditions. In addition, the output is capable of sourcing 1.8mA when powered by a 9V battery. This device is used in intrinsically safe systems, electrometer amplifiers, photodiode pre-amps and pH meters.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Maximum offset voltage is 500µV at TA= +25°C (V+=2.5V)
• Typical input bias current is <lt/> 0.1pA at TA= +25°C (V+=2.5V)
• Output swings rail to rail
• Input voltage range includes negative rail
• Typical unity-gain stable with a 5V/ms slew rate at TA= +25°C (V+=2.5V, compensated mode )
• Typical CMRR value is 80dB & PSRR value is 150µV/V at TA=+25°C ( V+=2.5V)
• Typical gain bandwidth is 8kHzat TA= +25°C (V+=2.5V, compensated mode)
• Operate in compensated & decompensated mode
