A29040CL-55F

The A29040CL-55F is a 512K x 8-bit CMOS 5V Flash Memory with LCC memory case and organized as 524288 bytes of 8-bit each. The 512kB of data are further divided into eight sectors of 64kB each for flexible sector erase capability. This device is designed to be programmed in-system with the standard system 5VCC supply. Additional 12VPP is not required for in-system write or erase operations. The flash memory has a second toggle-bit, I/O2, to indicate whether the addressed sector is being selected for erase and also offers the ability to program in the erase suspend mode. The standard flash memory offers access time of 55ns, allowing high-speed microprocessors to operate without wait states.
