AS25F1128MQ-70WIN is a serial flash memory. It supports the standard serial peripheral interface (SPI), and quad peripheral interface (QPI): serial clock, chip select, serial data I/O0(DI), I/O1(DO), I/O2(/WP), and I/O3(/HOLD). SPI clock frequencies of upto 133MHz are supported allowing equivalent clock rates of 266MHz for dual output and 532MHz for quad output when using the QPI and fast read dual/quad I/O instructions. The AS25F1128MQ array is organized into 65,536 programmable pages of 256-bytes each. Upto 256 bytes can be programmed at a time using the page program instructions. Pages can be erased sector, 32KB block, 64KB block or the entire chip. This devices operate on a single 1.65V to 1.95V power supply with current consumption as low as 5mA active and 3μA for Deep Power-down. This device supports JEDEC standard manufacturer and device identification with a 4K-bit secured OTP.
