To protect the health of operators, Weller introduces the Zero-Smog 4V, the small fume extraction unit. A visual filter monitoring system (red/yellow/green) together with an audible alarm signal gives early warning of the filter condition, guaranteeing optimum performance. The new pressure control system ensures that a constant air flow is maintained at each extraction arm regardless of the number of arms in operation. The motor speed is adjusted automatically so that energy is saved, noise level is reduced and filter life is prolonged. The Zero-Smog 4V has connection points for 4 arms and is fitted with one Easy-Click connection. If more connections are required these can be bought separately. The new Easy-Click system is designed for many different configurations. Control parameters can be loaded via a USB flash drive. Backlight digital display. Ease of navigation with a multilingual menu.
