RT-ZD01

RT-ZD01 high voltage differential probe is designed to safely measure high-voltage floating circuits using a grounded oscilloscope. The probe extends the measurement capability of oscilloscopes in measuring electronic power converters, inverters, motor speed controls, switch mode power supplies and many other applications. The R&S RT-ZD01 high voltage differential probe conforms to the safety requirements for CAT III measurement instruments and pollution degree 2 according to IEC 61010. The maximum working voltage is 1000 V (RMS) between each input lead and earth ground. This limit applies for all attenuation settings.
