LM393DR2G is an LM393 series dual independent precision low offset voltage comparator capable of single or split supply operation. This device is designed to permit a common mode range-to-ground level with single supply operation. Input offset voltage specifications as low as 2.0mV make this device an excellent selection for many applications in consumer, automotive, and industrial electronics.
- Very low current drain independent of supply voltage is 0.4mA
- Input common mode range to ground level
- Differential input voltage range equal to power supply voltage
- Output voltage compatible with DTL, ECL, TTL, MOS, and CMOS logic levels
- ESD Clamps on the Inputs Increase the Ruggedness of the Device without Affecting Performance
- Wide single-supply range from 2.0VDC to 36VDC, split-supply range from ±1.0VDC to ±18VDC
- Input offset voltage is ±1.0mV typ (TA = 25°C, VCC = 5.0VDC, Tlow ≤ TA ≤ Thigh)
- Voltage gain is 200V/mV typ (RL ≥ 15k, VCC = 15VDC, TA = 25°C)
- Large signal response time is 300ns typ (Vin = TTL Logic Swing, Vref = 1.4VDC, TA = 25°C)
- SOIC-8 package, operating temperature range from 0°C to +70°C
