The PQC250-48 from Murata Power Solutions is a PQC250 series 250W convection cooled AC to DC base model power supply. It utilizes advanced component and circuit technologies to deliver high efficiency and low power dissipation in both operational and standby operation in a compact 3" x 5" x 1.4" package. Designed for medical, computing, communications, telecom, industrial, consumer and other OEM applications, deployable in 1U customer systems. It offers universal AC input capability with active power factor correction (PFC) and compliance to worldwide safety and EMC standards. It features very low no load standby power, designed to meet ENERGY STAR® program requirements for single voltage external AC-DC power supply.

• Input voltage AC operating range from 90VAC to 264VAC, 47Hz to 63Hz input frequency
• Main output voltage (V1) and current of 48VDC and 5.2A
• Aux output voltage (V2) and current of 5V and 0.5A
• No load input power consumption is <lt/>0.5W at (PS_ON = OFF; Aux (V2) = 0A
• High efficiency 94% typical (50% full load) and remote sense, main output
• IEC60601 Ed.3 medical (2 x MOPP Pri-Sec; 1 x MOPP PriChassis ground) standard
• Comply with IEC60601-1 4th edition EMC standard requirements (when deployed in end user systems)
• True zero load operation of the main (V1) output, no minimum load requirements
• Active inrush protection, 120mVp-p output ripple
• ±1% line, load regulation at main output and ±5% line, load regulation at aux output
