600R150-RAF

The 600R150-RAF is a 0.15A radial leaded PTC Resettable Fuse with tin-plated copper terminals. This 600R series resettable fuse is designed to protect against power fault events typically found in telecommunication and supports solder reflow condition. It is applicable in secondary over-current protection for central office equipment (CO), customer premises equipment (CE) and subscriber line interface circuit (SLIC).
