ADA4432-1 is a (single-ended output) SD video filter amplifier with output short-to-battery protection. It is a fully integrated video reconstruction filters that combine overvoltage protection (short-to-battery [STB] protection) and short-to-ground (STG) protection on the outputs, with excellent video specifications and low power consumption. This device operate on single supplies as low as 2.6V and as high as 3.6V while providing the dynamic range required by the most demanding video systems. It is widely used in application such as automotive rear-view cameras, automotive video electronic control units (ECUs), surveillance video systems etc.

• Output overvoltage (short-to-battery) protection upto 18V
• Short-to-battery output flag for wire diagnostics
• Output short-to-ground protection, input bias current is 35pA
• 0.1dB flatness to 3.3MHz typ
• −3dB bandwidth of 10.5MHz typ
• Ultralow power-down current is 13.5µA typ
• Low quiescent current is 7.6mA typ
• Low supply voltage is 2.6V to 3.6V
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, qualified for automotive application
• Packaging style is 6-lead small outline transistor package [SOT-23]
