AD7175-8 is a low noise, fast settling, multiplexed, 8-/16- channel (fully/pseudo differential) Σ-Δ analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) for low bandwidth inputs. It has a maximum channel scan rate of 50KSPS (20µs) for fully settled data. AD7175-8 integrates key analogue and digital signal conditioning blocks to allow users to configure an individual setup for each analogue input channel in use. Each feature can be user selected on a per channel basis. Integrated true rail-to-rail buffers on the analogue inputs and external reference inputs provide easy to drive high impedance inputs. Typical application includes process control: PLC/DCS modules, temperature and pressure measurement, medical and scientific multichannel instrumentation and chromatography.

- Performance: 17.2/20.2/24 noise free bits at 250/2.5KSPS/20SPS and INL: ±1ppm of FSR
- 85dB filter rejection of 50Hz and 60Hz with 50ms settling
- User configurable I/P ch: 8 fully differential ch or 16 single-ended ch, crosspoint multiplexer
- On-chip 2.5V reference (±2 ppm/°C drift) and true rail-to-rail analogue and reference input buffers
- Power supply: AVDD1−AVSS=5V, AVDD2=IOVDD = 2 to 5V (nom) and split supply with AVDD1/AVSS at ±2.5V
- 3- or 4-wire serial digital interface (Schmitt trigger on SCLK) SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, DSP compatible
- 40 lead LFCSP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 105°C
